Hi Paula!

I find it difficult to quiet my mind sometimes to. This is where surrender can be so powerful, and surrendering to the present moment instead of concerning ourselves with what can be done or has been done. This is why meditation is such a great tool for bringing us into the present moment.

Visualisation Meditation is one that I find the most real. I teach this style in accordance with the qulification I hold in HNLP - Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psycholgy. Putting out to the energy of the universe the desires of your heart - albeit serenity and relaxation. Perhaps others might wish to discuss this wih me - i would be happy to give some examples.
